About us

Dammsee Wine Cellars is a wine estate, based at Dammsee in The Osmoor. The company was founded on 6 September 1972 by Jurgen Grau and has traded for 38 years.

Dammsee Wine Cellars has served Dammsee and the country in the wine trade for 38 years. Quality you can depend upon, from people you know. Our staff are drawn from the town and many have served in the Marsh Regiments.

Our founder. Jurgen Grau, clerk, was born at Furttal on 4 February 1940.

Our range

We supply wines of the marsh vineyards, red and white, in cask and bottle. Catalogue on request from Dammsee.

Sold at Dammsee and through dealers in every region. The town has 2 other wine houses; ours is the one with our name on it.

Our history

The company's books have been kept at Printer Street since the registered office was fixed there, and the timeline below is compiled from them and from the press.

1. 1972 Dammsee Wine Cellars is founded at Dammsee by Jurgen Grau. In the press.
